Requirements:
- 700 WN8/60 days
- Have at least 2 tier 6 light/medium tanks.
- Have at least 1 tier 8 that isn't a premium, arty, or TD.
- Willingness to be on Teamspeak during strongholds or other clan activities.
- Fight Gooey IRL.
