*Win rate of 51% or higher
*Average tier played of 8
*Must have at least 2 of the following tanks: Obj. 277, IS7, 60 TP, CS-63, EBR 105, Strv 103B, Obj. 907, Obj 279e, BZ 75, Obj 260
